phptodolist: neues release online

In der phpToDoList Demo (Anmeldung als Testuser: "ido" / Passwort: "test") gibts ein paar neue Features und Bugfixes zu sehen:

- LDAP-Anmeldung
- Fertigstellungsdatum
- Arbeitszeit
- Stoppuhr
- weitere Funktionen auf ajax umgestellt

- Einträge werden im Kalender richtig angezeigt
- einige Layoutfehler behoben
