Für den Teig:
600g Mehl, ca. 250ml Wasser, Salz
Für die Füllung:
500g Rinderhack, 1/2 Chinakohl, 1 Sellerie, 1 Zwiebel, 1 Knoblauchzehe, 1 EL Öl, 2 EL Brühe, 2 EL Ingwer, Pfeffer, Salz.
Die angegebene Menge reicht für 4 Personen.
Gemüse waschen, putzen und klein hacken (je nach Geschmack kann man auch noch eine Karotte dazugeben). Gemüse, Fleisch, Ingwer, Öl und Brühe und die Gewürze gut vermischen.
Den Teig anrühren, lieber etwas fester werden lassen und danach für 1h dunkel stellen. Mit der Hand kleine, dünne Teller (etwa handgroß) formen, auf eine Seite etwas Füllung geben und die andere Seite darüberklappen und gut andrücken, den Boden mit Öl oder flüssiger Butter bestreichen. In kochendem Wasser ca. 20 min ziehen lassen oder wenn vorhanden im Gemüsesieb dämpfen. Fertige Momos kann man wunderbar in etwas Öl anbraten, schmeckt aber auch nur gedämpft sehr gut. Dazu passt grüner und/oder Tomatensalat, Sambal Oelek, Chilisauce.
Die Zubereitung dauert ca. 20min + 20min Kochzeit.
